Are there any mods which make cities look nicer WITHOUT adding anything else?

All the mods I could find either add new buildings, new NPCs or something else, but that's not what I'm looking for. I just want a mod that makes cities look nicer (eg add trees and decorations) but DON'T add anything else besides that.
