What to do next?

I have this icebox that is almost done. I applied 1 coat of seal a cell and then 3 coats of arm r seal. I still have to do the inside door edges and I did laquer the tin inside

Thinking about how to go about making a shelf that would work well for my needs. Just some ideas would be good on this.

I can post the hinges too, all original , One pair says R 592 and I dont know what that means. Another are stanley heart hinges.
