Gluten reaction? yeast intolerance? what the heck?!?

I have noticed that the craftier, yeastier the beer, the worse reactions I get. I could drink Miller Light all day and have no gastro issues. If I drink something like a Harpoon, I am definitely in worse shape the next day than the big company brews. Worse hangover, bathroom issues etc. If I drink something like a local small batch craft brew, i could knock out the North Korean army with noxious gas, my face breaks out in a very gluten intolerance way and I have a rough time in the bathroom for the entire next day. What gives?
