Are there any reasons not to buy the 2018 Nissan 370z? Are the 2016/2017 variants better?

So something big is going to happen for me, well, my Lexus RX330 has been with me ever since I learned how to drive (5years). I'm going back to China for vacation and when I'm back, I'm planning on selling my car to my aunt on the cheap since she's living here in the States on Green Card and she cannot afford a brand new car, and even if she does, her credit score is not good enough for low interest.

I've always love the style of the 370z, but recently I fell in love with the look of a Mustang.

But, If I have to choose, I love to drive a 370z as a daily driver.

I'm getting the base package, and as I save more money, I'm looking to mod the car a bit for better handling and performance.

Is there any reason to not get a 2018 370z? I prefer a new car, something about a used car just doesn't sit right with me.

Mods I'm thinking about doing in the first year I will own a 370z
