Playing with all your cards ballance

whats your opinion on how gwent would be if we reduced all rng to 0 i mean we have a maximun card pool and we draw all of them, would it stop being a card game? would it be fun knowing that luck plays no factor and all depends on your skill and knwoledge of cards and plays?
