Does anyone know what the new chances of dupes are?

So I've been playing a lot of Overwatch during the Summer Games because I missed it last year. My playtime hasn't been fruitless, but it is starting to become irritating to say the least.

I currently do have 139 of the items, so 29 more to go. The thing is my last 2 boxes both had event duplicates in them. Which brings me to ask if anyone knows what these chances of getting dupes are?

A lot of the items I'm missing are skins, but I am also missing various icons, highlights, and emotes. I don't expect to get a legendary every box, but I also didn't think I'd start getting dupes so soon.
