[QUESTION] Value of a Vintage Guitar

Can you please help me?! I have recently obtained an Alvarez 5024, the one Gibson sued Alvarez for over the Dove design. It's the first year of production, which I'm not sure when it was. BUT, I know it's the first year of production because the serial number is #2! Please, I'd like to know what it's worth. Cosmetically it could be in better shape, but the thing plays like a dream. All things considered it's in good condition for a vintage acoustic this age. Just in case I ever have a kid or need to pay medical bills I would like to know what this is worth. Please, r/guitar, you're my only hope! ....And the appraisers at Reverb. I asked them for an appraisal too.

Thanks!
