Bought 1+ kg pistachio that was bad, can I return it?

I bought it just a few hours ago and ate probably around 100 grams while watching a video. Then realized one of them had a maggot crawling out of the shell. Opened 3 more, two more had maggots in them. I paid like 50 liras for it. It was bought from Carrefour that says you can't return fresh produce bc the company can't know how it was stored. Does pistachio count as fresh produce? I'm disgusted that I ate maggots, I can't handle paying 50 liras for food I can't eat.
