The Tempest, Long Bow underrated or trash?

So after being a little burned out from my Wander, i wanted to go for some bow action, but this time i wanted to try out "The Tempest, Long Bow".

Now when i search for the bow, i can hardly find anything anywhere about it. When i see the bow, i see 1.95% Attack Speed to scale the Base Damage from your Support Gems and Auras 8By far the fastest Attack Base in the Bow Section), and a very good 100% increased Damage, which in the lategame probably equates to 20-30% more damage. On top of that, it comes with a bit of Flat Lightning Damage itself.
Is the bow just trash or worth a try, need some advice here!
