[Secret] Vietnam spy ring in Iberia attempts to hinder suppression of Basque revolt

The agents implanted in the civil service have seen an opportunity with which to aid their Basque comrades. With the focus on the open revolt of the Basque country, the members of the spy ring do everything they can to delay the mail, to sow confusion in the transport offices as multiple train schedules are produced, as well as other types of obstructive sabotage of the nations infrastructure with the intention of causing as many delays to the response to the Basque revolt. What information is being gathered is also sent to the basque agents in an attempt to give the revolt as much intelligence as possible.
