Where is the vive deals at?

I've been really waiting to get my hands on a vive and been waiting, I'm in Canada but I haven't seen much for deals, In the states I think there was 1 for only $100 off? it's been out for over a year now. List price is still the $1100 cad. I just seen the rift is on for a combo deal, the headset and hand controls for $550 cad, very tempting but I want the vive. I've seen multiple oculus sales but with the vive they just aren't budging! Have I missed out on some good deals? I'm near the us border so I do order from the states at times and been watching for deals but nothing decent yet.
