28-3 Joke Plugin Blocker for Google Chrome

I am thinking about developing a Google Chrome Plugin that prevents 28-3 news stories, tweets, and other general 28-3 nonsense from being displayed in google search queries. Why you may ask? Because when I type in Atlanta Falcons news I want to see real news about Freeman's preseason concussion or how the rookies are progressing in training camp. Not some repackaged joke from a Saints fan about how they "cleverly" left a 2.83 cent tip on a fifty dollar check or that there is a clock that says 28 past 3. Kinda old, it's not savage (like Keanu Neal on Willie Snead, or like Ish's new nickname).

Thoughts? Would any one even use this?
