Does WW2 happen on this mod?

Hi all.

Forgive me if this a stupid question, but does WW2 happen in this mod?

In default HOI4 it is inevitable, but here do the Allies rise up and try to conquer Germany, or will the game be peaceful the whole time if you do nothing?
