Local player with loaded dice

So as the title say. At a local hobby shop we have a weekly warhammer night and the person i was playing this week had "loaded" dice. I didnt notice at all while we were playing. But a friend of mine over seeing the match. Noticed somthing fishy about dice he had off to one side. And sent a photo of them to me that i didnt see on my phone untill after the game was finished. Although i still one If i had noticed i wouldn't of finished the match.

Clearly im not playing with this individual again. So my question is. Do i and my friend be "thoes guys" and make a big deal about this at future games. And warn anyone hes playing that he cheats. Or should we just avoid playing him. And let him go on taking advantage of other players?
