Does ATTW have a service guarantee/remorse period policy?

Someone i know wants to try att wireless services, but worries about network speed & indoor coverage. I know tmobile & sprint have a service guarantee, and for any reason within the 1st mo. that the customer is unhappy, they can cancel w/o paying anything. If things arent meeting his expectations, can he cancel within a few days and have all charges waived?
