Screen Resolution problem , Win10

Hello.

So i am curently having an issue with my resolution with Windows 10. I have the resolution set to 1024x768 (which is my screen resolution and the recommended option) but everything is way too big and zoomed in. (Icons , tabs etc).

I turned my PC off did something else for a while , turned it back on and it was the way its supposed to look. I turned it back off and then when i oppened it again it was back to being zoomed in.

My Nvidia Drivers are updated , what could be the issue?
