My one year anniversary present arrived

And I couldn't be happier with it! I'm a few days away still, but I bought myself a fancy new snare drum with the money I haven't spent on drinking.

And now when I'm in an environment that can be challenging to my sobriety (like gigs can be sometimes) I've got something with me to remind me of the positives of staying the path.

No one knows what it symbolises to me, so I wanted to share it with you guys!
