Collection catalog?

I'm looking for the best way to catalog my game collection in its entirety, and I would really like to have an application that's cross-platform, at least available on PC and Android devices. I would like to be able to sit at home and quickly enter my consoles and games on my PC, but use my phone while on the go, say, if I'm out hunting new titles. Any suggestions?
