[Recommend] Are there any affordable options?

Hodinkee just posted the article linked below on the new Zenith 38mm. I happen to think the watch is quite gorgeous and the perfect size, but it's out of my range. Are there any affordable chronographs you're aware of that are below 40mm and that striking?! Hodinkee Article
