Integrating a big country

Hi, im currently playing as France (~1620) and I've a few PU's: England, Burgundy, Castille and Aragorn. I'm already losing diplo power for years due to having too many diplomatic relations. Should I integrate those countries? It will cost many diplo points and I think I lose netto amount of troops due to it.
