Last roadblock - How do I create an "application form" that inspires trust and can be sent through a CRM?

Zoho surveys looks like it was made by a 5th grader in computer science class. Typeform does not have e-signature integration and therefore doesn't cut it. Zoho forms can't be sent from a CRM. What the hell why is this so harddddd

I run a financial brokerage - when someone wants to apply, they need to complete a form that is then forwarded to the underwriters who originate the loan. That form needs to look AMAZING, as 100% of my revenue will be from someone who has taken the time to complete that application.

I want something that can be integrated into a CRM and looks amazing, and I've tried probably about 8 different solutions and haven't yet found the one I love.

Anyone have any idea what I should check out?
