[S3E14] The Missing Diary Pages

Rabbit hole:

BOB ripped out some pages. We now know that those pages contained the warning about the good Cooper being in the Lodge.

Laura comes home after discovering the missing pages on the woman's warning and finds BOB, presumably looking for the diary. Why didn't he just take it when he ripped out the pages?

Conclusion: Hawk and Laura are both wrong and Leland/BOB didn't take the pages.
