A few questions for those that do sites for clients

I have some questions for those that do WordPress for their job or on the side..

1. Do you use page builders?

2. How much PHP do you know/ how much general coding experience do you have?

3. What is the biggest challenge when creating a site for a client?

I am coming from basic HTML on NotePad knowledge but I love the process of designing and creating a good looking website.
