Can someone please explain to me why it is impossible to find a server in Battlefield One? [PC]

I haven't played BF1 in a very long time because of my job but I finally have a day off. I am so confused. In Battlefield 4 I never had any problems finding servers. BF1 I cannot find any using the server browser. I keep hitting reset filter. Nothing. I either get zero servers or a long list of empty servers. Quick match ALWAYS takes me to an empty game. Is there really not even one server playable on PC? I am in the US btw.

Sidenote: it is so sad what DICE did to hardcore mode this time and Operations mode. Tragic almost.
