PC Build Help

Hello there.

I was building the Annihilator that was shown in the builds. I changed the case, the motherboard, and RAM in order to compensate amazing performance.

Full specs here:

Ram: Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB

Storage: Seagate 1Tb

PSU (Power Supply Unit): SeaSonic Focus Plus 550W

CPU: Ryzen AMD 5 1500x

Case: Phantek Pro

GPU (Video Card): Zotac GTX 1060 mini 6GB

Motherboard: MSI X370 Gaming Plus

Right now, the motherboard has both lights up. One for GPU and the other for Booting. I read the manual and checked what it meant. All it says that the booting is not found or failed, and the GPU is not found. I changed the RAM to only one on the second slot and still nothing. I'm not sure what to do right now. Please help and thank you. I even remove the CMOS battery to reset the BIOS.
