[SQL & PHP] Help using SQL cadastring date format

Hello everyone, hope y'all having a good one!!

So, I'm having trouble with the date format.

Using: xampp, which means that I'm running mysql and phpmyadmin

This is the page I use to insert the data, which I coded myself, http://prntscr.com/g9ryj7

This is the code for the date field:

<td><input class="form-control" type="date" name="data" /></td>

As you can see here, this http://prntscr.com/g9rxmp is my database in phpmyadmin, which is cadastring data only with 0000-00-00

I've tried inserting data in the date field like 10/10/1000 and 1000-00-00 and also 52-62-5003, but I can't actually put the date I want in the database.

So, how do I use the date type?? Do I have to type anything, should it just get the date of the computer?? Or, should I just change from date to varchar in the database??
