Does anyone know anything about this herbal thyroid support supplement, packaged under a variety of brand names?

I have a bottle that I got from a local herb store a couple years ago, which has their name on the label, but no info on what exactly it's supposed to do. I searched for the ingredients and found the same formulation under several names. There are four capsules missing, so I obviously tried it for a day or two, but I don't really remember why I stopped (probably forgot, knowing me).

Has anyone tried this? Any opinions? Thoughts? Is it more appropriate for hypo or hyper? Is it snake oil?
