This is absolutely disgusting. We finally start breaking their control over random people fishing our waters and with a last ditch attempt to simply spite us they allow this lunacy.

This was tested off the coast of China already and destroyed the entire ecosystem. There's already plenty of evidence which proves that this is a bad practice.

This isn't just one or two boats this is a fleet of at least 80 who are apparently on a crusade to 'test' pulse fishing.
