[BUG] - Disconnected from match?

My friends and I were in a 3-queue and then suddenly in match we were sent back to the starting screen of the game. What happened was the screen froze, and my friends and I all got sent back. Generally when this occurs we get sent back to match lobby of the previous match, but just curious as to what the cause of this may be.
