Looking for weakaura / add-on

I see a couple of streamers which are using some tool to show big icons above the nameplates to indicate stuns --> https://imgur.com/a/9pnK4

I was wondering if anyone knows if this is a weakaura or add-on? I've tried googling it already but could not find anything.
