Looking into share dealing

I've got what I want to do all planned out but can't seem to find a company that can do quick trades. Most I've seen have dealing periods in the days and I'm looking for trades to be as close to instant as possible. Wondering if you guys have any suggestions. Will be share dealing in the UK.
