Not sure which of these I should get

I'm in the market for a new bike and my LBS recommended me

• 2018 Domane ALR 5 Disc $1889
• 2017 Caad 12 Ultegra $1769
• 2017 Synapse 105 Disc $2099

I was pretty set on the Domane as of last night, but this morning when I went to my LBS, I was told about the two Cannondales and it got me wondering. I mainly ride on central MD roads but would like to be able to go off an explore a dirt path every so often. It also rains quite a bit, so I prefer disc brakes but I'm wondering if ultegra is worth sacrificing disc brakes initially. As I type this, I feel like getting the synapse might be a no brainer. Carbon frame + 105 for $2100 sounds like a really good deal. Anyway, any advice is appreciated.
