Overlay works in Overwatch PTR but Not in Overwatch Main

The overlay works as expected when I launch Overwatch PTR, but not when I launch it to a main server (any region).

The overlay is enabled both under the games tab and under the Overlay tab with a toggle hotkey that only works in PTR. When I launch the game, Discord always correctly detects that I am playing it, but although it says the overlay is enabled, it doesn't appear in-game.

Enabling or disabling MSI/RivaTuner and Nvidia's overlay have had no impact.
