Denied MBNA Alaska World Elite given Platinum instead

Recently applied for Alaska through GCR and was given pending notification. Called in and was told I was denied, unable to tell me why.

Called back and they said there was a problem with the application on their end. He was not sure if I would qualify for the Alaska World Elite due to my income ($75k) and might have to get me the platinum.

Ended up calling me and telling me it was all completed and I had been approved for the platinum.

I can't find any mention of MBNA Alaska Platinum. I am thinking I have been approved for platinum plus.

Anyone else had this happen to them? Is there an Alaska Platinum or do you think it's the Platinum Plus? If the Plat Plus, is that a good card to sockdrawer for Average Age of Account?

I am on mobile at work and the MBNA website isn't super clear, is there any welcome bonus, min spend or rewards points/cashback with this card? I can look later but as I asked the above questions, I figured someone here would be able to explain the Plat Plus in 1-2 lines (unless you think it's some sort of Alaska Plat)
