What's With FemGlad's Potato Sack?

No, wasn't expecting her to be topless. But I figured she'd be like the female raider and have a sort of cloth bra thing going on. Instead it looks like she rummaged through some supplies pre-fight and found an old sack to put on. That and it's just kind of weird how the male is basically just completely topless and then the female throws on the biggest shirt she can find; while in all the other heroes that can swap genders, they all pretty much stay the same when you switch between male and female.
