Windows 10 Install Problems

Received a pc from my cousin who has a new pc. He replaced the hard drive and we are now having trouble installing windows 10. It gets to about 75-85% and gives the error code 0x8007025D saying the files could not be found or something of that nature. I've tried several different "fixes" including removing one of the ram sticks, creating partitions, etc. Has anyone had this problem and been able to fix it? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
