[PC][2010ish]Help finding a PC game

Notable gameplay mechanics: mouse Other details: In this game you were a sphere like thing with a number and you tried to conquer others by reaching out to smaller numbered colors (no more than 4 colors...). If you got to 0 they took over that sphere. I remember the last level there were 4 colors in a square...you could also gain more life over time so you could stretch out.

Everything on the screen would kind of pulse too...
