Looking for a Mobile Writing Station

Good day fellow writers! The time draws nigh wherein we destroy ourselves for our craft, the blessing and curse of NaNoWriMo. Rejoice! and panic! I shall join you in your endeavors, my friends.

My question to you is this. What electronic device do you use for your mobile writing? I have a PC and can write at home, but I long for quiet coffee houses or wind-swept beaches, wherever my muse carries me!

I'm looking for insight about a good, functional tablet or even an inexpensive laptop that you guys would recommend towards that purpose. Reasonable price perhaps under $100? Battery life and mobility is most important, Wi-fi access is a must, and the processing power to handle web browsing and a word processor. I would like to have a keyboard attached.

I will probably have time to check into BestBuy or something this weekend, but do any of you have recommendations as to brand or specifications that might be helpful?

Thanks for your time!

EDIT: Thank you to everyone who commented! For now, I plan to get a bluetooth keyboard to use with my phone, and save up for a nicer tablet for the future. Here's to looking silly, but staying productive!! XD
