Is there a chance we will ever get kol for Mobil

I've been playing kol on and off for about seven or eight years and I just keep thinking that I'd have a much easier time keeping up with it if I could access it from my phone or better yet my tablet. It's so perfectly suited for it too and probably really easy to port. I can't imagine a mostly text based game with very sparse graphics having any trouble getting on the App Store and I'd gladly pay the dollar to two if that what it takes. Was there any talk of this happening and if so what happened?
