Reccomendation for water cooling w/ Threadripper

I have a friend who is looking to do an amd threadripper build. He is not ready for a custom water cooling loop, and wants to go with an aio water cooler. The problem i foresee is the massive size of threadripper vs the size of aio water blocks.

Do you guys have any suggestions or insight to aio water coolers with threadripper?
