Building a PC , with no experience.

I need help, because i never did this before. The price for the PC should be between 800 and 1000 Euro. Also i am not sure if i should wait for bit and buy the Vega 56? I dont need the PC ASAP. Thanks for your help

EDIT: I dont need a keyboard, headset, mouse and Monitor. Also no fancy Case needed.
