[PC][2000's] First-person zombie game where you play as the zombie trying to find his way back to his girlfriend

Notable gameplay mechanics: I never actually played the game or knows if it ever got released, I just remember watching either a trailer or a game play video a long time ago on YouTube and the things I can remember was the zombie attacking police and knocking down security cameras so that he could sneak around as well as the beginning of the game where he wakes up in either an apartment building or maybe a hospital and remembers his girlfriend from when he was a human.
