Arcane Tradition: Wild Magic
I have this silly dream of making a complete collection of subclasses that either use the wild magic surge table or some equivalent to it, so that I can someday play a ridiculous campaign where everyone is rolling on the surge table all the time. To start, I've made a wizard that uses the wild magic table, with a little more control over it than a sorcerer.

I've never made a subclass before, so this is likely riddled with balance problems. There are a few things in particular that I have questions about:
-
Is +1 to both spell save DC and spellcasting ability too big a bonus for the wild magic focus?
-
Is using a 1st level spell slot a high enough price for the Surge Recall feature? Also, should you be able to prepare a higher number of wild magic effects per day as you level up?
-
For Predict the Unpredictable, I used your own spell save DC as the thing you roll against because it sounds hilarious and makes logical sense, but I don't know if it's the best option for balance. I was also unsure whether it should be a wisdom save or intelligence save.

I came up with three ideas for the 14th level feature and wasn't sure which to go with. If you guys have opinions on which is best, I'd love to know.
Thank you for any feedback you can give me!
