Skin adhesion removal not healing well. Request for before/after wound contrast

I have a question/request of sorts.

I recently had a penile adhesion removed that ran from the underside of the glans near the frenulum for about 1cm to the left (from my point of view), following the natural edge of the head. I don't wanna post any pics to start with because of privacy reasons and ick factor for others, but the truth is I already believe it's healing poorly and am headed to the doctor's to get a early follow up, and possible resuturing if necessary.

As a request, I wanted to know however if anyone can provide some rather garish medical images of a terrible looking stitch healing nicely in the end. I am in desperate need of a pick me up, as this is on a fairly visible part of my dick, and it's had me feeling utterly horrible for the past week or so. Like, not suicidal, but despite it being completely hidden it makes me want to not go outdoors, at all and I've cried a bit randomly.

I'm hoping it's all in my head and it won't be that bad, but the current wound looks like my night erections pulled the stitches too loose, and the wound is now healing over with a large white-ish scab that is concave due to the distance between the two sides of the cut. There's no pus, and while the site is slightly tender it's been treated every few hours with antibiotic ointment, and doesn't appear to have any infection. It doesn't really hurt, it just makes me sad.

If anyone has any experience with similar kinds of healing and how this may shake out, I'd appreciate it. My circumstances are somewhat unusual so I cannot describe in great detail some aspects of it.
