I'm considering upgrading my CPU water cooler and I need the aid of your experience!

I'm not sure what my current water cooler is, as I bought it years ago from Cyberpower PC, prior to which I had never owned a PC and I can't access the receipt. I believe it is some cheapo off-brand cooler. Here is a picture.

My AMD Ryzen 5 1600x gets as high as 83 C and I'd just like to bring those temps down! That's even with my case opened and a table fan blowing through it. I can guarantee the thermal paste is applied correctly and I use only the best!

I'd like to know if this would be an upgrade and lower my temps.

If you have a suggestion for another water cooler, please let me know! This is my case and its specs.
