Battlefield 1 Freezing for upwards of 10 seconds, and then disconnecting me

So I've been playing battlefield 1 on PC since when it released, and I've never had this problem before. While playing, my game will freeze (go black) for about 10 seconds, and won't come back on till I open task manager or some other program and come back to it. And when it unfreezes, it simply disconnects me from any server I was playing on. My AMD drivers are up to date, as well as Windows.
