Hookah-shisha is the bee's knees I tell yuh!

So, some of you may remember me posting about how my new Shika Greyjoy had a hole in it. They told me they'd replace it, but I didn't expect to get everything else too! They sent me everything they sent the first time (hose, bowl, vase, etc.), and they threw in extra grommets & 250 grams of Trifecta Lavender Mint, which is really cool because I've never had this brand before and I love mint. Not only that, but the vase and stem have slightly different designs, which I happen to like even more than the first one I got. I keep reading about their excellent customer service but I was still surprised, so figured I'd add a little more to their reputation.
