GTX 960m crashing every few seconds.

Hey guys, I got a Dell Inspiron 15-7559 in April. I didn't play many games as I bought it, but when I started playing I realized some games would be unplayable. Random freezes when GPU was close to 100% usage. I downloaded MSI Afterburner and realized that when these freezes happens, it's like the gpu is not being used (I assumed the gpu is just stopping completely for a few seconds). It's really annoying because I can't play many games. I tried installing older drivers, formatting my computer and updating BIOS but nothing worked so far. I contacted Dell but they want to charge me like 70 bucks to remotely configure my drivers, O.S. and software.

Any ideas why this is happening? Thanks in advance!
