In town next week for the eclipse. What's good in the greater Nashville area?

I'll be staying in Dickson and spending time in Nashville next week. What are the can't miss food, music, and sights in the area? Looking for more of a local's perspective, I just don't trust TripAdvisor. We plan to spend some time in Land Between the Lakes park, but don't really have any other plans. Any advice would be much appreciated!
