Coinbase support

It is almost a week now since I have emailed Coinbase support to enable my account. I entered wrong password a few times and it locked me out.

I am wondering how long do I have to wait until I hear back? What is typical wait time? I am surprised that company like this who handle billions of dollars does not have phone support.
